RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Nice Digs purchase. If something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

We have the following options available:
Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years) to the value of the items returned at the time purchased, excluding any shipping costs.

Items marked as final sale or reduced to clear unfortunately cannot be returned, as all sales are final. Please shop mindfully with these products.

Please note, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Refunds or online credits are not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.

If your product is eligible for return, you can can submit your return request here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Alternatively, if you live in Melbourne, please get in touch and we can arrange a time for you to drop off your return to our Ferntree Gully studio.
