For international locations that have passed the cut off dates for delivery before Christmas, we recommend selecting the DHL Express shipping option.

These cutoff dates are advised from our shipping providers but unforeseen delays can happen. Please keep this in mind and try to place your orders as early as possible to avoid late delivery blues :(
Sending a gift directly to your loved one? If you are ordering to send a gift directly to the recipient, please make note of this in the note section at check out. You can request a personalised message to be included and for the physical receipt to be left out of the parcel.
All orders ship Monday through Friday from the Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. processing takes 1-2 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments.

Extended Christmas exchange period - All orders placed between the 30th Nov 2022 and the 25th December 2022 can be returned for exchange up until the 28th February 2023, as long as the item is in “as new” condition with all it's original packaging. Please contact us at customercare@nicedigs.com.au
