The Golden Ticket T&C's

1. Promotion Period

The promotion is open from 7:00 AM AEDT on 23 November 2024 to 11:59 PM AEDT on 24 November 2024, referred to as the "Promotion Period." All entries/orders must be made during this time to be eligible.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open worldwide residents aged 18 years or over.
You must place an order during the promotion period. Any orders cancelled or returned for a refund will not be able to redeem the Golden Ticket and will become void.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, customers must place an order on the Nice Digs website (www.nicedigs.com.au) during the Promotion Period. Winners will be determined by a randomly placed Golden Ticket inside an eligible order.

4. Prize

The lucky winner of the Golden Ticket will receive $500 to spend on the Nice Digs website. The Golden Ticket will include a gift code to use during check out.

5. How to Claim

The winner who receives the Golden Ticket must redeem their prize by entering the unique code written on their ticket at the Nice Digs checkout. Gift code will be valid after the Black Friday Sale has finished. The Code must be claimed between 12AM AEDT 3rd December 2024 and 11.59pm AEDT on 2nd June 2025.

6. Prize Conditions

Gift voucher is valid for six (6) months from the date they are issued.
Gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift voucher cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Gift voucher expiration dates will be outlined on the voucher and must be adhered to.
Prize is non-transferable.
If the associated order is returned, the winner forfeits their Golden Ticket and its associated prize.

7. General Conditions

Nice Digs reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Nice Digs reserves the right to substitute the prizes with a similar item of equal or greater value.

8. Liability

Nice Digs shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of participating in this promotion or using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Nice Digs'
