All of our beds are made proudly here in Australia.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I BUY?

SENDING A GIFT? GREAT IDEA!
Please email us once you have placed your order indicate if it is intended for a gift. If you choose to send directly to the very lucky recipient of your gift, we can include a gift receipt.

We also offer gift cards that are valid for 3 years. You can purchase here.

MY PUP NEVER SLEEPS IN HER BED & MUCH PREFERS THE COUCH. IS SHE GOING TO USE HER NEW BED?
DOGS LOVE OUR BEDS!! Of course we cannot guarantee your pooch will be cured of their couch surfing ways, but we have had quite a few testimonials of pets choosing their new stylish bed over the couch.

WHAT IF MY DOG HAS AN 'ACCIDENT' ON THE BED?
Our digitally printed bed range is designed to be water repellant, stain repellant, anti bacterial, anti fungal & anti microbial. This means that they will resist some accidents. But if is allowed to sit and soak through to the interior, you can easily wash both the cover and the inner cushion with the above washing directions. Same goes with our denim, velvet and cord dog beds.

CAN I BUY A DOG BED INSERT SEPARATELY?
Yes, that's possible. Please contact the Nice Digs sales team directly at customercare@nicedigs.com.au

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We value your order and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours unless advised otherwise (with the exception of bespoke goods). Australian orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 5-12 business days depending upon the destination and customs processing. You can read more about delivery here.

CAN I RETURN MY NICE DIGS GOODS?

We want you to love your Nice Digs purchase. If something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.
Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs. Items purchased during a sale or promotional can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years) to the value of the items returned at the time purchased, excluding any shipping costs.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Refunds or online credits are not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY NICE DIGS GOODS? 
We no longer process exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit when returning your original items.
Alternatively, you can purchase the size you need as soon as possible to secure the inventory and avoid the disappointment of missing out on your size in the desired item. You can then request a refund for your original items, provided they were purchased full price. Please note, we do no refund any shipping costs.

 

I PURCHASED A PRODUCT ON SALE, CAN I RETURN IT? 

Items purchased during a sale or promotional can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years) to the value of the items returned at the time purchased, excluding any shipping costs.
