We value your order and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours unless advised otherwise (with the exception of bespoke goods). Australian orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 5-12 business days depending upon the destination and customs processing.

U.S & CANADA SHIPPING

Collars, leashes & totes: $15AUD with no tracking - $20AUD with tracking
Small beds & throw rugs: $60AUD with tracking
Medium beds: $70AUD with tracking
Large beds: $80AUD with tracking
For U.S & Canada customers- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

EXCHANGE
We’ve worked really hard to provide clear descriptions of our products and simple sizing guidelines for our products (see sizing guide). However, should you wish to exchange your goods you may do so within 14 days of receipt. As long as the item is in “as new” condition, Nice Digs will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price to a Nice Digs credit note that is valid for 6 months. Please contact us before so we can help you through the process. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and all sales are final. Please be mindful of this when selecting your product.

RETURNS
We pride ourselves on high quality products and happy customers. However, If you believe your goods are faulty please contact us at customercare@nicedigs.com.au. 

HOW TO RETURN A FAULTY ITEM
You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. 

email us within 48 hours --------------> we'll issue you a return authorisation number --------------> put return authorisation number on package --------------> we'll receive your package and review your claim --------------> refund issued = happy customer :)
