FAQ Black Friday Sale

Is this really your last ever Black Friday sale?

Yes. This will be our final Black Friday sale as we prepare to close our online store at the end of the year.
Don’t worry — all warranties, exchanges and repairs will still be honoured well into 2026.
If you’ve been waiting for the right time to stock up, this is it.


How does the Win Your Order Back Giveaway work?

Place an order during the Win Back Your Order day and you’ll automatically go into the draw to win your entire order back, fully refunded.
We’ll be drawing one lucky winner winner and announcing it on our Instagram Stories.


Are you doing any restocks during the sale?

No. Once items sell out, they won’t be restocked again.
Some products are already low in stock, so we recommend getting in early.


How does the Scratch & Win offer work?

Every order over $120 receives a free bandana and a Scratch & Win card (while stocks last).
Every scratchie wins something — from discounts to gifts — and they’re extremely limited.
The Scratch & Win card will be included in your parcel.


How do I choose my free bandana?

If your order subtotal is $120+ (before shipping), you’ll be prompted at checkout to choose a free bandana of your choice (valued at $35).
Stock is very limited, so your options may change throughout the sale.


Do I get multiple gifts if I place multiple orders?

To keep things fair, each customer can receive one free bandana and one Scratch & Win card total during the promotion, even if multiple eligible orders are placed.
If multiple smaller orders add up to $120+, we cannot add gifts after the fact.
We reserve the right to adjust orders in cases of misuse.


Are you shipping to the US again?

Yes! We have just reopened US shipping for the sale.
All US parcels are sent via DHL Express with prepaid duties and taxes, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Shipping pricing is weight-based and calculated at checkout.


What are your dispatch times during the sale?

This is our busiest time of the year and our last ever Black Friday.
Our team is working extended hours, but due to the huge influx of orders, dispatch is currently 4–7 business days.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our Dandenong Ranges studio.

Please note that choosing Express Post refers to Australia Post’s Express delivery service once dispatched — it does not skip the queue.

All orders are shipped Monday to Friday.


Are there any shipping delays?

We’re not aware of major delays within the Australia Post network, but once parcels leave us, delivery times are outside of our control.
We pack and ship as fast as possible, especially during the sale.

Buying a Christmas gift?
Make sure to check our recommended cutoff dates to ensure your items arrive on time.


What are your Black Friday shipping rates?

Australia & New Zealand
• Free shipping on orders over $150
• Flat rates available, shown at checkout
• Express Post available at additional cost (this will not bump you up the queue)

United States
• DHL Express with prepaid duties
• Weight-based rates shown at checkout
• Free DHL Express shipping for orders over $500 USD


Can I change items in my order?

During peak times, changes are extremely limited and not guaranteed.
If you need to update your order, contact customercare@nicedigs.com.au immediately and we’ll help if we can.
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.


Can I add something to my existing order?

Unfortunately we cannot manually add items to an order once checkout is complete.
If you’d like additional items, please place a new order.


Can you combine my orders?

We’ll do our best, but due to high volume we cannot guarantee these requests.
If you’d like to try, email customercare@nicedigs.com.au with COMBINE SHIPPING REQUEST in the subject line.
If your orders ship before we see the request, we’re unable to refund duplicate shipping.


Can I use a Nice Digs Gift Card?

Yes! Make sure to apply it at checkout.
We can’t add or apply gift cards after an order has been placed.


I forgot to use my code or gift card — can you apply it?

Sorry, we’re unable to apply codes or gift cards after an order is placed.
You’re welcome to use them on a future purchase or before the code expires.


Can I return a Black Friday purchase?

All discounted purchases are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Most items can be exchanged (except products marked FINAL SALE).

For eligible items, exchanges are accepted within 30 days as long as they’re in “as new” condition.
A credit note will be issued for the amount paid (minus any discounts or shipping).

Some items are marked FINAL SALE — these cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.


I’m sending a gift directly to someone — can you leave out the receipt?

Yes! Just leave a note at checkout.
We can include a personalised message and remove the physical receipt from the parcel.


Can you hold something for me?

Stock is extremely limited (especially beds), so we’re not able to hold items.
Once it’s gone, it won’t be restocked.
