An Update on the Nice Digs Online Store
we're closing soon...
After a lot of thought, reflection, and care, I wanted to share an important update about the future of the Nice Digs online store.
This isn’t a rushed decision, and it isn’t one taken lightly. Nice Digs has been my world for a long time, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together. Right now, it feels like the right moment to pause, wrap things up properly, and make space for whatever comes next.
Below you’ll find all the practical details you might need, plus a personal note from me at the end.
ORDERING
The Nice Digs online store will remain open for purchases until 11th January. After this date, the online checkout will close.
Christmas delivery has now closed.
- All orders placed after 14 December will be dispatched from 2 January
As always, orders are packed with care by our small team. During this final period, dispatch times may vary slightly, but every order placed before the store closes will be fulfilled.
We will continue to offer exchanges and returns on eligible orders.
- Exchanges and returns will remain open until 11 February
- All standard return conditions still apply
If you need help with a return or exchange, please reach out via our contact page.
All Nice Digs products come with a 1-year warranty, and this will continue as normal.
This means:
- All valid warranties will remain active through 2026
- If you experience a fault covered under warranty, we will honour it
Even after the store closes, you’ll still be able to contact us via the website for warranty support.
Yes. While the online store will close, the Nice Digs website will stay live for:
- Customer enquiries
- Warranty support
- Order follow-ups
And who knows. If we happen to come across an incredible stash of vintage Australian wool blankets, or the right collaboration opportunity presents itself, we may reopen for very limited run events in the future.
THE BRAND
Not exactly. This is the end of the Nice Digs online store as it currently exists, but not the end of the brand’s story. Right now, we’re choosing to pause, reset, and close this chapter with intention.
There’s no fixed roadmap just yet. This time is about creating space, reflecting, and seeing what opportunities feel right. That might mean new creative directions, limited projects, or something entirely different down the track.
Possibly. If we come across an incredible stash of vintage Australian wool blankets, or an exciting collaboration opportunity that feels aligned, we may reopen for very limited run events or special releases.

A personal note from me
Nice Digs started as a small idea and grew into something I could never have imagined. It’s been built with heart, hands, and a lot of very long days, and supported by the most thoughtful, design-loving community.
This isn’t a goodbye filled with sadness. It’s a moment of pride, gratitude, and honesty. Sometimes the most respectful thing you can do for a brand, and for yourself, is to pause before you grow again.
Thank you for supporting Australian-made design, for trusting me with pieces for your dogs and homes, and for being part of this chapter. I’m so proud of what Nice Digs has been, and quietly excited about what might come next.
