We want you to love your Nice Digs purchase. If something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return most items within 30 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs.
Items purchased during a sale or promotional can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years) to the value of the items returned at the time purchased, excluding any shipping costs.
Items marked as final sale or reduced to clear unfortunately cannot be returned, as all sales are final. Please shop mindfully with these products.Please note, products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Yes they can be. Although these items are one-of-a-kind, they are not considered a custom item, so our standard returns policy applies.
These products follow our standard harness sizing you know and love. Please measure your dogs chest and use our handy sizing guide to select your perfect size.

As these items are made to order, please allow 3 working days for production before your item is shipped
You're more than welcome to add a note to your order and we will try to incorporate your requests where we can. However considering the nature of the product, this might not be possible at times.
We are limited by the remnants we have on hand. If we run out of certain colours, this product will be marked as sold out online.
Our product offering and production with our main collection will determine if these will be available again in the future.
